Shipping
I use FedEx or USPS for domestic shipping, and USPS for International. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. If it will take longer, I'll email you about the delay. If shipped by FedEx, a tracking # will be emailed to you after the item has shipped.
International Orders
For international orders I use USPS. If you require a tracking #, I'll use FedEx, but it will require an additional cost. Please be aware that shipping for international orders generally takes longer and is more expensive. Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Most items purchased through my online store can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. Just let me know the grievance and I'll be happy to make it right.
